Filling the frame

This picture shows a lot of action. This photo also uses simplicity and rule of thirds quite well. None of the photos showed action to well but I do believe this one showed it the best. On the bottom of the picture you see the people throwing her up, and then you see the outcome of her in the air. This is on a simple sky background that makes it easy o see what is going on.
